He held the position of head of the department of municipal service and personnel of the Starooskolsky urban district.
From 2015 to 2020, he worked as HR Director at the PROMAGRO Agroindustrial Holding.
He graduated from the Moscow State Open University with a degree in automobiles and automotive industry, underwent retraining at the Belgorod State University under the presidential program for training management personnel "Economics and Enterprise Management", has an MBA.

Alexander Koryagin
Manages the commercial block of the company. Organization, planning and control of purchases, sales and logistics.
Graduated from the Ivanovo State Textile Academy, majoring in Technology and Design of Textile Products (Master of Engineering and Technology). He worked at a factory for the production of technical fabrics CJSC Promtextil, Voronezh, held executive positions in a large textile company LLC Shuisky Textile (TM "TVOE").
